All currency in the website is Canadian fund.
Dealer account
To be the dealer of Laurales Wholesale, to enjoy the wholesale price.
No credit check. Minimum $200.00 per order before tax (you can combine multiple items to make up the amount) to be eligible dealer.
Layaway Program
Min. 30% of the total amount of the order as deposit to start the program, complete the payment in 60 days with no interest.
Another 30% of the total amount paid in 20 days and then the finally payment after.
Cancel the order with layaway program in 30 days will be charged 15% of the total amount of the ordered products for re-stocking fee, and the shipping cost as well as the tax will be refunded without interest. Refund on the shipping cost and tax without interest ONLY to cancel the order with layaway program after 30 days.
The order will be shipped upon the total amount of payment fulfilled.
Shipping and delivery
We only ship in Canada. The shipping cost is flat $20.00 plus GST. The order will not be shipped until the full payment is paid within the time period stated below. The delivery will be made within 24 hours upon receive of the payment.
Payment
Interact e-Transfer is the only form of payment that we accept.
Photo and color match disclaimer
Since there are so many factors that influence the final appearance of an image on a screen, we cannot guarantee color accuracy 100%. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Payment delay
We accept a payment delay of up to one(1) hour. If the payment is not received within one hour after the confirmation of the order, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Return, exchange and refund
No refund on any order, Return and Exchange only
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the products, simply notify us the order number, which and quantity of the products in the said order and then return them within Fourteen(14) days from receiving of order at your shipping cost and we will offer you the same quantity and item(s) stated exchange, and deliver them to you at our shipping cost. If we do not have them in stock, it will be put in the back order, the products will be delivered to you right away once we get them.
